J.&J. Unit Issues Recall Of Rolaids

A unit of Johnson & Johnson announced a nationwide recall on Thursday of all lots — more than 13 million packages — of the soft chewable versions of Rolaids, its popular antacid drug, after reports of consumers finding metal and wood particles in the products.

Hmmmmmmm. I reckon they forgot to add metal and wood particles to the label. Of course, technically, that's not a violation of the labeling laws, because pharmaceuticals are not required to list inert ingredients on the label. Because of that, we can probably safely assume that the FDA was not behind the recall.
