Sorry for the extra post. I don't see where to delete. I was pleased to see that this came from a
mainstream site.
As a side note, I have been in the Vitamin D Council study for a couple of years
and have seen my level rise from 28 to 56, taking 2000 units a day. I would recommend this site
to anyone looking for a low cost way to test their vitamin d level and help to what I consider a very
important study. I am not sure if they're still recruiting for the study but their tests are available.

Yes, that's one of the points that Dr. Cannell has been making all along.
And yet the Institute of Medicine's Food and Nutrition Board chose to totally ignore that evidence, along with many other examples that vitamin D intake is generally inadequate, when they made their recent guideline recommendations.
We can only hope that the misfits on that board follow their own advice, so that someday justice may prevail.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
