Lactase Enzyme tablets?

Lactase Enzyme tablets?

I personally don't need to take these yet, but I've read about them and just wondered if anypne found that Lactase Enzyme tablets are any good?

I was thinking this might be helpful for those who have thought about taking them.

They definitely help anyone who has classic lactose intolerance, but they are useless for someone who also has casein-sensitivity.
