Granny, sorry to hear that you were reacting again. How are you doing now?

Sunday was a miserable day. I took one entocort and sipped my lemon lime gatorade. Had plain canned chicken packed in water for breakfast and dinner. Monday was a little better and today almost Norman.. have no idea if I needed the one entocort or if it helped.. but things are going a little better each day.

A startling reminder of how things were and how they can unexpectedly be again...sigh...

Thanks for the update Granny . Glad things are improving. Yes, sometimes I'd like to know if I would have pulled out of the reaction on my own without upping the Entocort but then who wants to suffer through to find out, in case we wouldn't be able to do it it on our own!

I my recent "Bump in the road" I was shaken by just how narrow a path we walk.. it is so easy to forget how bad it was !! I know we never really forget that but what I mean is I sometimes feel like I am actually normal or healthy, when in reality I am just in remission with the help of the Entocort.

I hope things continue to improve and stay so over the holidays for you!

I guess it is like the pain of childbirth.. if we remembered what it was like we would never have another child:)

I had forgotten the pain.. the incredible cramps! I remember the diapers and the dashes to the bathroom.. but not THAT pain!

Granny,

I am disappointed in you....you should not have eatin' all that stuff you knew was bad for you...if you want to go into remission and stay there, you have to have some willpower!

Try again...

I have NO will power..LOL That is why this remission is so strange.. how could it happen while eating whatever I want??? The McRibs problem only lasted two days..with the first being the worst and only took that one entocort.. the only pill I have had in almost two months.

Will see what the GI doc says tomorrow:)
