Hi Joe,

That was just a one-day problem, apparently. There might be something going around, for all I know. We had a family get-together on Friday night, so it might have been some sort of fallout from that. I didn't eat anything, but for some reason or other, I was a little bloated, yesterday, too. Today, I seem to be OK. I worked most of the day, with no problems whatsoever.

Thanks for asking,
Tex

Glad to hear you are feeling better Tex!

I had that light-headed feeling - I had it for several days and was completely exhausted and winded- mine was probably due to low, low potassium - had to modify diet for a bit, doing better - but, luckily I had a few days off to rest - that was nice!

Happy new year! T

Hi Theresa,

I had that same thought, (low potassium), because back when I was reacting, I had a problem with potassium deficiency on several occasions, and I hadn't eaten any bananas in a couple of weeks or so, so I ate one yesterday afternoon, just in case, and it seemed to help at first, but then I was dizzy again later, so it probably was something else, in my case.

I hope you're past that, now, because that can sure take the wind out of your sails.

Happy New Year to you, too.

Tex
