Thank you so much for such a thoughful posting. It is really something that people for the most part cannot understand. Just think of the indulgence that goes on during the holidays - eat, drink and be merry - and we are thankful for finding a GF, DF, SF candy bar or having our turkey sandwich like Gloria.

This disease puts so many things into perspective that others just never seem to think about.
