I too have problems sleeping, but not from MC, it started after menopause. A lot of my friends suffer from the same. I do not want to take any of those drugs, because I know they are addicting and coming off can be difficult. I usually hit a very good health food store and I now take something called: Tranquil Sleep (by Natural Factors) recommended by Dr. Michael Murray. it has 5-HTP, Suntheanine and melatonin in it. Non addictive and I had to get up at 3:00 in the morning I would not have that drugged feeling.
