Thanks everyone... I'm even munching on one with my morning coffee...

Harma, I don't know a cake?... that will require actual talent, that may be a real challenge

Granny I know a couple of people that like cookie dough, but I usually like mine cooked. Although cookie dough ice cream... that's pretty good.... I wish I could tolerate dairy

Tex & Rich... Its funny us technical types notice the things like the lighting, depth of field, chromatic aberration, jpeg artifacts, diffraction limited apertures and oh yeah how good they taste

Robbie I'm impressed as well, we'll see if I can do this again

Zizzle I know what you mean I have tried various GF/SF goods that just don't settle that well. These did settle great.

Celie, they have brownies?? now that's worth looking into

Gloria and everyone else thanks for the encouragement, who knows whats next maybe a cake...

They do look delicious, Joe!! Makes me want to try it. I've had extremely few (you can almost make that 0) GF baked goods that I have really liked.

Yours look perfect.

Hi Shirley and welcome back. These were really really good and I have enjoyed them thoroughly. As good as any homemade cookie that I have ever had GF or not. For me at least its a definite repeat.

I have had many GF products and most are OK... but not great. Finding a GF/SF/DF desert has been very hard, so these are a real treat

Morning Joe,

Well I am here munching one of those cookies with you - I am late on the post but during the snow on Friday I made soup and then chocolate chip cookies on Saturday when it snowed. Nothing like baking or cooking and watching the snow out the window. My husband absolutely loves the homemade GF and multi-intolerance cookies.

I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE the apple flat cake recipe if you could send by PM or post to Dee's kitchen.

Get ready for today and tomorrow's snow - think a cake is next for you or maybe the brownies.

Love, Maggie

P.S. - Being a photo bug I also noticed the lighting.
