Now What The Heck???

Post by Foxnhound8 »

Last week I ran a fever of 102 for a couple of days and thought I must have a bug. Two days after the fever, I had horrible D...which was when the Doc somehow decided the Entocort wasn't working and gave me the Colestid over the weekend. Got back on Entocort Monday, but not feeling very well yesterday or this morning. Hubby decides to take my temp and it's 101. Anybody ever have a fever with the wrong food or have the Entocort or Apriso cause an increased temp? I haven't had a fever in 30 years...

I have no recollection of ever running a temp with either the wrong meds (for me it was Asacol and Colazol) or while I was on Entrocort.

I know I've been fighting a combination of a flu bug and air allergies and have run a temp. off and on during this but never that high.

I had the flu a few weeks ago and had all the symptoms you described. As Tex stated previously, the MC doesn't preclude us from getting the flu, catching a cold, etc.
