What's your Temperature?
Checking in from Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
Boy, it's cold here this evening. Clear skies and -25 now. It's dropped almost 15 degrees in the last couple hours and falling. Betcha we wake up to -30 or more (wind chills in the -45-50) Northern Minnesota will have it colder.
Keeping warm though, not complaining...just glad I don't have to stoke a fire.
Love,
Joanna

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Cold here in PA and snow but still at about 28 degrees. Tonight they are expecting 6 degrees F with wind chill making it below zero. The winds are a whipping and looking at snow again on Tuesday.
Long, cold and snowy winter. Your area and Canada are sending us this weather.
Please tell it to go away.
Love, Maggie

We are supposed to get more snow here in the Georgia mountains tonight. I have just managed to get out a couple of days ago from the last snowfall!!! I live in a beautiful valley at the foot of a mountain, two miles in on a dirt road, so when it snows, we get well and truly stuck. At the moment my road is a slippery, muddy mess--but it's a heck of a lot of fun to drive on in a pickup truck (which I have--my beloved 2000 Ford Ranger--the absolute basic model, 5-speed, radio only, etc.). I'm going to park at the bottom of the driveway and throw some firewood in the bed; hopefully I won't be stuck for too long again. If so, I can get supplies via horseback. I've had to do it before in 1993.
Thank God for our EMC, who always get our power back on, no matter what...

From today's Hong Kong Observatory
Best, ant
PS. "New Territories" comprise mostly the hilly countryside of Hong Kong
That is "cold" for Hong Kong, everyone is wearing winter jackets and hats in the middle of town.Locally, temperatures in the urban areas were about 12 degrees this morning, and generally below 10 degrees over the New Territories.
