Thank you! I've been feeling pain and had some loose bm's since being gluten'ed and soy'ed last week.

Gabes,

Ditto the others' comments. Clearly, with determination, process of elimination, and strictly following a proven regimen, one can gain the upper hand on this MC thingie. Your avoidance of eating out is, in my opinion, one of your greatest accomplishments. It is so hard to trust what is, or is not, in the food prepared by others.

I guess what mostly impresses me about you is simply your balanced, calm, and reassuring attitude about MC and about life in general. You are, pardon the expression, "chilling". My stress levels fall just writing to you and reading about you. It is obvious you are therapy for everyone on this board. Please keep teaching and mentoring us.

wow - thankyou for such lovely words.

i can only respond by saying that i am just 'paying it forward' type thing, I would not have escaped the MC maze and have my balanced calm without the wonderful people, old and new who are the PP family

5 years ago i was a workaholic (60 hrs - 80hrs per week) , perfectionist, super organiser, travelling/working offshore and a slight control freak.
What i realise now to be the first symptoms of MC slowed me down about 3 years ago, and thanks to the Global Melt Down and the mining industry hitting bottom I listened to the warnings my body was giving me and started to make changes. as I type this and reflect the universe blessed me with the changes and opportunities at the right times
It has taken me until now to truely appreciate what is valuable, and how to listen to my heart....

Stay Cool!
