I have a natural food store right up the street from me. I go there for all my gluten free foods/products. It's their brand so Im not sure what other brands are out there you could look for?

Jenny,
As far as I'm aware, Entocort does not cause any issues with vitamin supplements, so there shouldn't be any reason why you can't start taking the B-12 whenever you wish. That sounds like a good combination. Around here, I was only able to find sublingual B-12 in 1,000 mcg lozenges, (with 400 mcg of folic acid), so I took a 5,000 mcg B-12 lozenge, now and then, to fill in. Theoretically, it's impossible to take too much B-12, because the body eliminates any excess, as long as the kidneys are functioning normally.
Thanks for the tip on where to find those.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

FWIW, I get my B-12, a hefty dose of the other B vitamins, especially B-6, and Vitamin C from a product called ZipFizz, http://www.zipfizz.com/about.html. It has 2500mcg (41667% RDA) of B-12, and some other stuff like amino acids. It is all-natural and doesn't have ephedra or any of that other junk in it. It is a powder that you put in water, and although it is pretty expensive on the website, it is much cheaper at Costco or Amazon.com.
