Udi's Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins!!

Post by Mags »

Has anyone else tried these? They come frozen in a four-pack and are gluten, soy, dairy, and nut free. They are also supremely delicious.

I must go and get more immediately.

Like, now.

Gotta go!!!

I have had both the blueberry and the lemon. I preferred the lemon. Because they were so large, I cut them in quarters and froze them. I planned on only having 1/4 at a time. That didn't work. I no longer buy or make baked goods because I don't want the extra calories. I do continue to make my own bread, two loafs at a time and they last me two months.

They are awesone and I love the lemon better. You gotta try the chocolate ones. Decacent and definitely fozen in 1/4 or 1/2 pieces.

Not sure how I forgot to mention this since I was eating one at my work desk will paying my boss' bills. The cinnamon rolls are great. Also cut in 1/2 but do not use the icing. Try them.

I've only had the Udi's whole grain bagels and sandwich bread. I LOVE them. Where did you find the muffins? I buy the bread and bagels at Trader Joe's or Safeway. I suppose I need to check the Whole Foods freezer section soon.

Love the lemon and blueberry muffins. The cinnamon rolls are OK without their icing......

I enjoyed the No Oats Oatmeal Cookies from Enjoy Life until they "improved" them. Now they are dry and I don't like the spices.

I have tried the blueberry muffins and they are quite good. Overall I have found that most GF foods tend to bother me somewhat. I think as Tex pointed out the tapioca used in them may be the culprit

Zizzle--

I found them at Ingles--possibly the worst grocery store in the world. Go figure. Also, they are only 240 calories apiece. I tend not to worry about calories as I have trouble keeping weight on....

I look forward to trying the other varieties!

Mags

P.S.

They were in the freezer section next to the bagels.
