I was thinking exactly the same thing. Since I'm naturally lazy, and not a fan of ovens in the first place, a crock pot strikes me as an ideal way, (IOW, a simple and easy way), to tenderize the ribs, and cook the flavor through and through, before going to the browning step.JoAnn wrote:I think I'm going to try Joe's ribs in the crockpot soon.
