GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group)

Wow, the dietician I went to, thanks to Mary Beth, emailed me that there will be a GIG group starting in Montgomery! Unfortunately, it meets at the same time as dog obedience school.

The latter doesn't meet year round, though so, hopefully, I'll be able to go to some meetings.

Our Earth Fare opens next Wednesday and we plan to be there for the kickoff. YEA!

Yes here is the (blond) foreigner again, sorry I have to ask but wat is GIG (yes I understand gluten intolerance group) but what is it, what do they do? talk, share experiences, cook, shop?

We hope to help more people to become aware of the diverse symptoms, general guidelines for eating a gluten free diet and to raise communication/awareness to stores and restaurants in our area."
