Hi All,

This appears to be a "just-to-be-on-the-safe-side" type of recommendation, and just one more good reason to make sure that we don't run short of vitamin B-12.
Taking supplements containing vitamin B12 may slow the development of Alzheimer's disease, according to findings published in the journal Neurology.
