entocort (budez cr) shipment

Post by JoAnn »

Hi everyone, I don't remember who it was, but a month or so ago someone was concerned over the length of time it took to receive their order of Entocort. I currently am not on Entocort, but I keep it on hand in case of a flare. I'm also going on a trip in May with family and I plan on taking some then as a safety net. I just ordered a batch of the generic Budez CR from Canada Drug Center (even though I know they were shipped from India) and they arrived in less than 2 weeks-a little over a week and a half. They sent me a free shipping coupon so I paid about $55 for 100. Just so you know, I didn't experience any delays and have been happy with their product and service. JoAnn

Yes, thanks JoAnne. Now, if only I could get them to ship to me in Canada!
(Just kidding, because I did get my prescription from them eventually, when I finally had them ship it to the US and I picked it up)

Hi Linda, I forgot about the problems you had trying to get it which is kind of funny since you are Canadian. Remind me, is it because of different laws you have about shipping drugs into Canada? BTW, I also loved your story about your "airstream" trailer. Reading your horse trailer adventures brought back many memories of my growing up years on trail rides on the Mogollon Rim
in Arizona. The trailer was my sleeping quarters and we spent lots of time in there during the afternoon thunderstorms unless we were on the trail getting poured on. When I have more time, I'll have to tell you about a frightful thing that happened when my horse got the reins tangled around the trailer hitch, panicked, and took off dragging the trailer. Boy, those were strong reins! I didn't know if my dad was going to kill me or my horse or both of us when it was all over. Have a good evening, Love JoAnn

I am not exactly sure why they can't ship to Canada. I suspect that they are not an actual registered Canadian pharmacy, they are an on-line pharmacy whose office is in Toronto, however I think they ship their drugs from India ( or maybe the US?), and Canadian laws won't allow the shipments in. He told me it was because of Canadian Customs. Did you happen to notice where your entocort was shipped from?

That must have been some rodeo with your horse and the horse trailer.. no kidding , strong reins!!
hugs,

Linda, on the box it says:

Lawrence Walter
3rd Floor, Plot No. 3,4, &5. LSC
"J"Block Ashok Vihar Phase-1
Delhi-110052
(India)

Interesting address considering I ordered it from Canada Drug Center. The label also had Global Express Mail-United States Postal Service. It was hand delivered to my front door rather than our mailbox at the end of the road.
Even with the "oddities", this is the pharmacy and product I have used and have been very happy with it.

Have a great day, JoAnn

Yes, it is a good one, as is alldaychemist.com. I have used them both. I think Canada Drug Centre , and others , do this because a lot of people would be very hesitant to order from India the first time, and by saying it's in Canada, it gives the customers more confidence in ordering. A bit of a marketing ploy, but no harm done as they are legit.

I have been getting mine from Canadianpharmacymeds.com and they come in less than 2 weeks from India. Linda: How weird is that? You being unable to get the drugs in Canada.

I have found that canadamedicineshop.com is much faster than northwestpharmacy.com, so that's who I'll be using in the future. Good news - down to 1/day, and will be talking with my gastro doc soon about LDN. Cheers all!

Thanks for the information, Penny. I hope you continue to do well while reducing Entocort. We've found that the magic number for being home free is 56 days or 8 weeks after being off of it completely.
