That story was picked up by the national news, so I saw it on GMA this morning. Very interesting.
I've been fortunate, in that my speech has never been significantly affected, although during my first TIA-like event, I noticed that the nurse's notes, (from the ER), show that my speech was somewhat slurred. I have no way of knowing whether it actually was, or if she merely misinterpreted my sloppy communication skills.
Maybe she wasn't a native Texan. 
Something like that is always concerning, of course, since it's impossible to tell whether it's the initial stages of a stroke, or just another migraine aura.
