side effects of asacol

sorry for all of the posts....does anyone know if asacol can cause itching skin and a rash or bumps on chest? can stopping entocort (did that about 2 weeks ago) cold turkey do that as well??

i just read some serious side effects of asacol can be rash/itchy skin....one site said it was 'less common' another site said it was serious.....i guess another phone call to dr. is in order....it's just strange that it only really happens at nite! man oh man....what else can happen!!??

Stopping Entocort would not do that. If you are on Asacol, then that is the culprit. You need to call your Doc tomorrow morning and let him know. He will probably change your meds. Rashes are usually always due to an allergic reaction.

My skin is very dry on Asacol, as well as my scalp (which is not normal for me).
