Kettle Brand Potato Chips
Has anyone every tried Kettle Brand Sea Salt Potato Chips? The ingredient list is: Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (safflower or sunflower), and sea salt. That's it. I know I don't need to eat any prepackaged foods but I find myself needing a few things to be able to "grab and go".

Yes, I've eaten them. Other than being addictive and fattening, they seem to be OK, and generally tasty.
FWIW, most of us can tolerate plain old Lay's Classic Potato Chips. They're mighty salty, though, and I find that if I eat very many of them, either the salt, or the oil, (or both), tend to make me feel a bit cruddy.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

I love Kettle's chips! Not only do they not have soybean oil (believe me, I would know) but they don't have GMO ingredients. They have a new flavor--"Fully Loaded Baked Potato." The only problem I have is that I cannot eat potatoes because they are in the nightshade family. While I was in the honeymoon stage (gluten-free and thinking that was all that I needed) I did just fine with them, but I am reacting to them again.
But if you can do potatoes, they are a good, crunchy treat.
