Crohns and Collitis Foundation of America

Post by nancyl »

Has anyone had any luck finding a doctor through the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America? I live in Central MA and I saw a link to this on Google and a Dr. Reichheld in the Chelmsford area. I was thinking that one who specializes in colitis would be better than just a GI doctor. Any comments??

Nancy I have not used that database, but my GI doc in Nashua is excellent. That is about a 25-30 minute drive form the Leominster area (take 113 to 101). PM me if you want his name

Hi Joe,
Now I really feel stupid. What is PM? Nashua is not far at all.
I did check the Crohn's website and didn't see anything.

Nancy PM stands for private message. On the PP forum we have a version of local email. Towards the top of the screen you will see in smaller text a section that says "You have no private messages" or that you have some number of them. If you click on that you can get your messages or send them.

For now the contact info is:

Dr. Srikrishna Nagri, MD

21 East Hollis Street
Nashua, NH 03060-2928
(603) 577-4081

He is quite good. Even with the name he has no accent and is great to work with. He is always willing to listen to the patient and likes it when I bring articles in or research. He is quite well versed with MC and I highly recommend him.

His office is in the downtown section of Nashua right off of Main street. Next to the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center (hospital) and he is part of the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Group.
