All my family *thought* that when the surgeon tried shoving the scope down my throat --has been the cause of loss of taste and smell????? who knows---the phantom knows~~~~~:

A good day starts for me----tis been a long time since I felt ALIVE---and HAPPY

I am so xcited~~~~

G'Morning Barbara,

Chances are, that slight irritation in your colon may be adding to your problems with C, rather than D.

I'm glad you're having a great day. It's a beautiful day here, too - a great day to be alive.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Barbara,

So glad to hear nothing too serious turned up on the results of your test. Here's to hoping you won't need those meds and enjoying a beautiful day! You sound so happy and that's the best news! :toast:

Great news, Barbara - you must be so relieved. Our dog's list of nicknames is still growing... they're getting a little less exasperated as he matures (ever so slowly).

Here's hoping your taste and smell come and join the celebration,

I wonder if the colon irritation is the cause of the constipation, too. We know that D and C are both typical of MC.
