I ,sometimes, confuse myself----
There are times when I go waaaaaay up and then I get the note---call me about your LIPIDS?? MY GP always says---*walk*
But I will say that NOW I really believe that Xtra Xercising does help---I knew it is good for U but I guess seeing results pushes one to do more???
I have been doing home-Xercising for years--low impact stuff with weights--just 2--weighing in @ 2 lbs. each---and Lou had shown me some things to do which he had learned @ the gym---
Also, I do follow pretty good eating habits---went to a nutricionist,back a few years, due to the MCC. and she mapped out an eating plan for me and gave me a book on good and bad stuffs--
I really wasnt an *eater*---mostly junk stuff --my breakfast used to be coffee and cigarettes/cigarette smoking stopped cus Mr. Lou NEVER smoked(so perfect-hah)--so when he retired that was the end of smoking.
Hazel, I really stick to my eating habits faithfully----cus I know WHAT will cause the *D* to start--but do *sneak* in some GOODIES!!!
I also do the fresh veggies---cooked to baby soft ingesting---and broil/bake my main meals---sometimes I add a seasoning---and sweet taters have become my companion---I LUVE them--
Also due to the hiatal hernia I have a little snack between meals--(mostly a piece of fruit/saltines or grahams--
And do the free/low fats and watch the SALTs/sugar contents~~~
We do have a problem here cus Lou luves to eat---anything/everything unhealthy
