vitamin b

i have been taking vitamin b complex vitatmin per my gi's instructions. vit b was normal but low normal. i know that it can make your urine a brighter yellow. my question is that i forgot to take it the past couple of days and just took it late this a.m. when i urinated around 2, my urine was bright yellow. isn't that a little quick to show up??
