thanks for the update. I already knew that manufacturers can not be 100% certain what is in the VIt E as it is outsourced. Hence why quite a lot of the labelling says 'no added gluten or soy'. It is the same here in Australia even with our stricter rules for labelling, in relation to the gel caps and vege caps that alot of oils and pro-biotics are in, my friend Maria (the naturopath) works for a raw Ingredients supplier who supply ingredients for vitamins and supplements to the aussie vitamin companies, the manufacturers of the gell caps could not provide acurate information about if there is (or isnt) gluten or soy in those caps.
the amount of the Vit E in the lipstick and balm must be minimal as i am not reacting. I have been using them every day for a week or more and i have had no issues.
Found a new snack

The Food Should Taste Good products are great. I haven't tried the sweet potato chips, but I really like the jalapeno ones. Some of their products contain soy, but the sweet potato chips and jalapeno chips don't.
Another good snack is Back to Nature gluten-free rice crackers. I tried the sesame seed ones, and they are good. Real crispy! They are also soy free.

Wow, thanks to each of you for these great product recommendations and ingredient research! Good to know you're tolerating the Vit.E in the lipstick, Gabes - I think I'll wait for my Enterolab results before ordering.
I can't believe that there are packets of nut butter that I haven't been eating, even before MC! Nut butter should be a food group all its own. (But I should likely wait for my Enterolab results on the new almond/walnut/cashew tests before I do that little happy dance.)
Love,
Sara
