Good Morning, Everyone:

I've been very busy with my Granddaughter, Sara, staying with us for three weeks and have also been beading a lot. Today we're going to the PNE (Pacific National Exhibition) in Vancouver. I try to go there every year because I grew up with it being part of my life and was even in the parade three years in a row, along with my brother and sister, so it brings back fond memories. Thank goodness for the scooter because before I had it I missed a few years because I couldn't walk.
So my day will consist of exhibits, animals and eating junk food (no carnival rides, thank you). I was hoping Peg would join me because she only lives a few blocks from it, but haven't heard from her.
I worry about her because I know she's worrying right now, but am trying to send positive vibes to her. ((((((((((((Peg))))))))))).

So glad to hear your enjoying yourself this summer. It must feel so great to be up and moving around again. Enjoy the heck out of your granddaughter. My parents are here visiting and we are relishing every-single-minute of just being together.
