decaf coffee

decaf coffee

do any of you have problems drinking decaf coffee with something like "international delights" coffee creamer....it says lactose free? and if you have issues with it, when how long after drinking it would you notice an issue?

That product contains sodium caseinate, so anyone who is sensitive to casein, (which is in all dairy products), will react to it. Probably at least three-fourths of the members here are sensitive to casein. Reaction times can vary from as short as 10 minutes, to as long as a day or two. I would guess that most people typically react within about 3 to 6 hours, but the time lag depends on the individual.

I can't use the international coffe creamers in either the decaf or regular coffee. Usually about 30-60 minutes after ingestion.
May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance
