CRACKED CAP

Post by barbaranoela »

Yesterday--went to the dentist and he removed the cap that had developed a slim crack while I was In AZ...and if it had broken off my dentist told me to go to a dentist in AZ and have him GLUE it back!!!

Well it held and yesterday I spent 2and 1/2 hours while my dentist --zonked me with novacane--or however ya spell it--and he removed the cap--replaced it with a temp and in 2 weeks will have my regular cap---
And I will tell U--I never knew that dosing with all that novacain could make U feel lalala---well it did--when I got home I hit the bed and slept for 3 hours--

and I have another one that has to be done-- --cant wait for this!!!!

but he is a great dentist--takes his time and his patient IS the most important thing to him
--so guess I cant complain---

wishing all a good day--

Barbara,

Sorry to hear about your crown...seems it's always something, isn't it?!?!

There seems to be a bunch of us with dental problems of late.

Glad to hear you are getting all fixed up and you have a competent dentist taking care of you. I am very sensitive to novocaine as well. It doesn't make me sleepy but I get very shaky and cold when they initially administer it. It's a yucky feeling.

Wishing to a pain free, wonderful day too! :butterfly67:

Hi Barbara I'm sorry to hear about your bad crown... That's interesting to hear about novacaine causing you to feel tired.

I hope you are able to get permanent one soon

Take care Barbara
