What I was doing while MIA

Post by annie oakley »

It has been awhile and most of what has happened has been fairly normal for life. My computer crashed :hammer: then I lost all my passwords had to re join everything  well...then there was the arthritis thing  My Rhuemetoid and Osteo have been acting up at the same time. Of course with the knee and hip replacement ( hip was last september) There were adjustments. :toilet: During hip replacement I dropped out of remission for a short time, back in remissio again then drop out and now back in***try dropping out of remission while you are trying to lean to walk again. But with the good help of the nurses and therapist it all worked out. The doctor wants to replace the right knee and the right hip now***wait I said, not now. My grandson went to IRAQ in January. So being a grandmother***I worry. **Which by the way Tex We need a little support the troops Emoticon**** There were several things that went on that may come out in later posts-just getting my ducks back in a row again. The bottom line is my main line of support is back and it feels better already. Love ya'll annie oakley from the prickly pair in west Texas aka oma

Oma, your endurance tops the charts.

So glad you are doing better and recovering your life. I don't blame you for not wanting another operation so soon.

Take care of yourself.

Hi Annie Oakley, I have not had the chance to say hello yet, so hi from New Hampshire. I am happy that your back but can't imagine dealing with a hip and knee replacement ouch!

My best wishes and thought for you and for your grandsons safety.

I am sorry I actually had the Knee surgery 5 yrs ago and the hip surgery last september. The are both on the left side. What's amazing is the pain from the osteo and Rhuemetoid does not hurt there. There also is the fibro issue. But I refuse to let it gey me down All of this came after my Diagnose 2001 of Colitis. I along with a few others were here when the room started with Tex but I took a detour from the board for awhile. Nice to meet you Hugs oma aka annie
