Humility

Post by annie oakley »

I learned some humility today**Of course I learned this eary on in my life, I should say it was re-enforced today. I work with crediy cards, I got a call from a man that had a fraud restriction o his card**he was being asked to send some documents in to prove Identity**He asked if he could use his ssi statement as he was a army vet. I told him all he needed to know and then thanked him for his service and sacrafice**he said he only lost his legs and took schrapnel in his head but he still had everythig else. I needed to excuse myself from my computer after the call ended and go shed some tears     Very nice man.
May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance
