I am not good in xplaining --simply---how all your miseries group up and cause all the god awful times U go thru--

I was there---and with the help of the most knowledgeable I was able to get on the wellness road----

I do want U all to know that the time will come when U can *smile* and say--*wow--I am feeling better~~~

Pay attention to all that offer --in debt--all the details of this--that and the other way--
As we are all different---we all take different steps to find our way back to good health and finally feeling like a human being--
