I love kombucha - and it's plenty adventurous! We have friends who just cannot believe we are drinking this weird goo ;) You don't have to feel you're not adventurous enough, just because you haven't made time in your life for beet kvass brewing. (Yet.)

I had no idea there was non-dairy whey. I recently fell hard in love with non-dairy kefir. I am cautiously optimistic about a little fermentation in my life.

One little sip at a time, maybe. I'll let you know when I get to the beet kvass. I think my husband would adore it.
