GI appointment yesterday

Just as I was adjusting my position and about to be examined, the assistant looked at me and said "I recognize you. You teach at ---." He used to attend the school where I taught. Nice.

Just Acne. The one on his nose was scabbed. He just wanted me to see that he had reactions with food as well since we are both too old for acne. He gets them on his scalp along the hairline like me too!

Mary Beth, I too have college kids (actually 3). Your son will probably be fine since he's been at this since a young age and knows what makes him feel bad. With Dr. Lewey, its his son from the previous marriage (both his ex wife and current wife are celiac). He made it sound like his son questions whether to be gluten free, I bet not now! You get to know a lot of personal info when you see Dr. Lewey! I also majored in Psychology and people tell me the darndest things. I guess when I commented "that must have been very scary for you and your wife" led the door to keep talking. I bring that out in people!

I have to agree, this is the best bunch of people I have ever had the pleasure to be in the company of on the 'net. And there is so much information flying about I can hardly take it all in.
