Jenny, I saw Faithberry's post and and went YIKES.

I read the ingredients on the protein powder but I didn't know about Glutamate. I see it does have Glutamate, 1956 mg. Like I said I hadn't posted it before because I hadn't tried it. I am not a veteran like the others so I have hesitant to offer advice to other MC folks.

There has been alot of trial and error for me. I have learned that just because it says "Gluten, dairy and soy free" that doesn't necessarily mean it will work for me. This does say Gluten, Dairy, Sugar and Soy free. I will let you know how it goes.

The weight problem is hard. I have had many offers from friends and family that want to give me some of theirs. IF ONLY IT WAS THAT EASY!!! The important thing right now is to just get a point where you feel well.
