Thanks Pat,

I've added them to the other data.

P. S. You know, looking at your test results, (and comparing them with everyone else's), it's impossible to recognize that you might be IgA deficient. (IOW, it's very unlikely that your scores could have been anywhere near this high, if you were IgA deficient, (at the time of the test). If your IgA antibody test results, (in this test), were adjusted upward, to account for any IgA deficiency, your test results would be some of the highest recorded here, and far above the average for typical positive results in these tests. This leads me to believe that your IgA function was normal, when you took the Enterolab tests. I wonder if maybe the Imuran, which you took for a year, or year-and-a-half, or whatever it was, could possibly have suppressed your ability to produce IgA antibodies. After all, it's a potent immune system suppressant, (it's a chemotheraphy drug), and you took it for a reasonably long time.

Whatever the cause, IgA deficiency can definitely predispose you to food sensitivities, and various illnesses, so it needs to be addressed, (if you do indeed have the condition). One of our members, jcc, is a senior member of the NeuroTalk communities, (where she goes by the username of jccgf), and she's a co-founder of the Gluten Free and Beyond site, (her username there is also jcc). She seems to be very well informed on IgA deficiency, (especially since her own daughter has the condition). She doesn't post very often here, but I have a hunch that she would be able to answer any questions that you might have about IgA deficiency. Here's a link to her site:

Or, you can get her contact information from her profile, here on this board. Just do a search, using her username in the author slot, (which is the second line of the search query), and from the list of her posts which are listed by the search, just click on her username, to see her profile, where her e-mail address, PM address, etc., will be listed.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
