Thats awesome Ant! i wish i could say that i cook like that. Most of the time i cook for just one since my hubby is on night crew. But after working for the man all day long most nights i like meals that are already prepared. lol I shop at fresh and easy a lot and they have fresh ready meals never frozen so i can throw them in the microwave! lol but i will admit i love to bake on the weekends. i love making deserts even tho i rarely eat them (the sugar is just too much for me). So i always give them away to the junior marines. I'm just to tired during the week to cook! But good for you! more power to you!!!!
