I'm glad to hear that you and Polly are writing a book that will put all of the accumulated information from this forum and elsewhere in one organized spot. It's a shame that Dr. Fine hasn't done more, but hopefully at least you can make use of some of his unpublished information. It's been almost 10 years since he has published, and I haven't heard anything more about the paper he was supposedly going to submit "soon".

There are all sorts of opportunities to self-publish on the web, so it makes it more do-able. And every so often you hear of a self-published book that makes it big....."The Shack" is probably the best example. In your case, "The Shack" can be a picture of an outhouse!
