Polly, I can get them at a local health food store, not Whole Foods unfortunately. The non-GF or regular Tim Tam can actually be purchased at the Target store chain starting in late October through March... I have no idea why that schedule but they apparently do that every year. The downside is that those are not the GF DF variety
As Lyn pointed out they can be ordered online and are well worth the shipping costs

Joe,
I was going to suggest that you send my "care package" to Polly, because I owe her for food items that she has sent me in the past, that so far, I haven't figured out how to repay in kind. Unfortunately, though, the Choculence contains not only soy lecithins, but soy flour and tapioca flour.
The ubiquitousness of soy is truly a thorn in our sides.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
AAAAAAAAAAAW, Tex! Thanks for thinking of me. You really don't owe me anything, of course, but it is typically thoughtful of you to try to help me get those Tim Tams. You are right that the soy wouldn't work for me.
Love,
Polly

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
