Dear Kari, Gabes, Tex, Harma, Linda, Martha,

It is good to be back in warm embrace of the pp family.

Hong Kong is colder than usual (part of this strange global weather???), but nothing like the floods in Australia or the freezing weather across most of the northern regions of the world.

The sausages seem to be behaving, but I sense a little bit of bloating (maybe to much sugar feeding the bacteria?) so I will not have them everyday :???:

Best wishes to you all, ant

That's just another sign of "global warming". Those of us who aren't "experts", (like Al Gore), simply don't know how to interpret the signs of global warming.

Hmmmmm. Bummer about the bloating.

Silly me... global warming = colder temperatures OK got it... Thanks Mr. Gore

PS: If you want to know the 2 main causes of global temperature fluctuations try looking at that gazillion watt light bulb that lights our days and the earths molten core. ANY fluctuations of even 0.1% will have a moderate effect on out climates. Oh by the way they normally fluctuate about 0.3%; its when the combination of the 2 fluctuate in the same direction (warmer or cooler) that things get interesting.

That's what makes it such a great platform for windfall profits by creative "climate entrepreneurs". Bless their larcenous hearts.

Good to hear from you, Ant.

I'm also taking the generic Entocort (one per day) for now. Seems to have calmed things down a little.
Aren't you glad that is available?

HI Ant & Welcome Home!

I have tried those sausages as well as Applegate Farms (think that was the other brand) and had to adverse reactions. Lately I have found a number of sausage products out there that are certified GF. Good luck with them.

Love, Maggie

Dear Maggie and Rich

Back on one generic Entocort a day (yes, thank goodness they are available). I had a little "flarette" over the last few days. It could have been some ghee I bought, or sunflower lecithin that I thought was a safe chocolate ingredient (no soy, no diary), or those sausages, or plan 'ol cross contamination......

Anyway thanks to all for the welcome back

Best, ant
