Has anyone achieved remission with diet alone

You know, I'm beginning to suspect that may be true. Again, today, the high temp is forecast to be mid-20s, and the snow is predicted to return later this afternoon. :sigh:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
