I just no longer crave it. Fortunately, I can eat corn, now, so if I need to make a "sandwich", I just wrap it in a corn tortilla, instead. To me, GF bread isn't worth the expense - tortillas are cheap, at least they are here in Texas.

I don't care about bread, either. And that's a miracle. I used to eat crazy amounts of bread. I doubt I would ever buy bread, if it were only me. But my husband and the two girls we have left at home all eat bread every day.
