I enjoyed a health-food store brand of rice krispies (Erewhon, I think) - but how great that the real Rice Krispies are GF. (I know the words to the original snap, crackle, pop song, any time we want to form a trio!)
Gloria, I think Z may be right about the brown rice. I found the Edwards & Sons brown rice snaps pretty easy to take when I was still struggling. (You could, of course, start with a very small serving, and fingers crossed...) I hadn't had cold cereal in years (because I "had a feeling" milk didn't agree with me), it was amazing to have that classic breakfast. Hope it works for you.
Love,
Sara

OK, you've convinced me to try some. This is my lamb-rice day and I was going to eat Cream of Rice again. It settled well with me three days ago. Rice Krispies sounds much tastier, however.
BTW, I seem to be back on track again - yea! I'll probably be posting some thoughts later when I've figured out a few things.

You never know what you can do until you have to do it.
Amber - If you can't do eggs, avoid the Udi's products because they do contain eggs. It makes me sad because they have so many delicious looking things for breakfast, including their cinnamon rolls. I really miss cinnamon rolls!
Hugs,
