I just picked up something new. It's called shake & go smoothie instantane from the same company I mention earlier - Vega by Sequel. The other powder I put in my smoothie is a full meal, but this one isn't. It's more like a snack. They have a few flavors. I bought Vanilla Almondilla and will add it to almond milk when I have my between meal snack. The young woman at the health food store is also GF, SF, and DF. She loves these products. They also have bars which she likes better than Lara Bars. I picked one of those up too, just to compare.
