Sounds awful. Dealing with that AND MC is not fair. Too much for one person.
I do the swishing and the spitting, but spitting isn't always possible. My sign that I have overdone the water is the feeling of total exhaustion, caused by the drop of my sodium. I literally cannot drag one foot after the other. My BP drops (good) but my pulse goes up (not good). I know that this can also be a sign of dehydration, but I have no other signs of it, so I know the exhaustion is from the drop in my sodium. I have done the test SO many times because of this, day after day in the hospital, and it's been isolated. And that's how i know for sure.
Today I have to get my sodium up, so I will drink electrolyte water till I feel better, and then see if I can go to the pool to get some exercise. Haven't been for 2 days. The weather isn't nice, but I must do it. I don't want to lose more muscle.
Now what?

It's an orange box with a chef on the front holding a bowl of cereal. It's Nabisco. Gluten free, fat free, cholesterol free. Its just at the regular grocery store by the oatmeal. Yes, it's creamy. Just prepare it on the stovetop with water and when it's done let it sit a minute.
Sorry about the gritty brown rice cereal. It's probably a healthier alternative but what good does that do if you don't want to eat it!
