I get gurgling after eating offensive foods. The D follows the next day with accompanying gas.
I get mouth sores after eating any fruit or vinegar. D follows by evening or the next day.
Eggs give me D within 2-3 hours.
I've never had pain, brain fog or fatigue that I can attribute to food.

Very! I would have to try a lot of the things separately. Not sure how.

I hope, one day, I can eat rice again  I have always loved it. Especially sticky rice and sushi (out now). My cheap, old rice maker died just when I was dx'd. Maybe it knew something.

Gloria - I also get sores in the corners of my mouth. I don't know what food causes it.

Lesley,

It took me a long time to figure out what caused my mouth sores. I didn't even realize that they weren't normal until I read about them on this board.

I believe that mouth sores are indicative of a histamine problem. I avoid all foods high in histamine and my mouth sores have greatly diminished. Now I get just a hint of one after I eat an avocado, which is moderately high in histamines.

I have had them so often in the corners of my mouth that I actually developed deep lines. The only thing that helps is the medication for oral thrush, though it isn't thrush according to a biopsy. I can't take that anymore because of gluten.
I have NO idea what mine are from. I have to get a way better handle on what's doing what before I can think of anything else.
