I'm still on the diet, I have graduated onto eating more things now...
Before I started I always stayed away from corn but, when I got my results and corn was on my first week of safe foods I started eating it with no problem. Now after a few weeks I have noticed it's now a problem. I don't understand how my body can start rejecting foods after only 2 weeks? I really must have a leaky gut? I started l-glutamine a few days ago so hopefully things will start to settle down...
So maybe you have to rotate the foods? If you have had something for 2-3 days don't have it for the next 2-3 weeks. Then try it again. And don't eat too much of those foods, so you don't develop a sensitivity. I might be wrong, but that's what I would try.
Lesley,
I am really leaning towards thinking I have an issue with mast cells. I am waiting for my histamine results and in the meantime, I made an appt with one of the specialists in Boston. It's not until the end of April though..
