Hi Belle,

I checked out heavenmills.com and thought the pricing and shipping pricing was very reasonable. I got two items to make the shipping charges more cost effective. I bought cinnamon strip cake and apple pie strip cake for my mother who is celiac and lives in Maryland and live out in the middle of nowhere so not close to any dedicated GF bakeries. I'll let you know what Mom and Dad say. Thanks for the tip. Brandy

PS. Anyone in the NYC area might want to check this place out.
