FWIW, I used to get urinary tract infections on a regular basis - every 4-6 months or so. Since I began a low-histamine diet two years ago, I haven't had a single UTI. My occasional chest pains twice a year haven't returned either. I agree with Tex that most doctors don't understand that mast cells can affect many parts of the body.
