My WBC has been very low and continues to be below normal as of 2 weeks ago. I'm having normal BM at this point (no meds) so the docs are not sure what's going on. I was diagnosed with Mono this summer, my WBC went up and now it's back down. My cortisol levels (in a 24 hour urine sample) are very elevated as well. Interesting reading that others have similar symptoms. My docs are wondering if lupus might be the cause of my additional symptoms.
