I haven't taken magnesium before but do suffer from restless legs so I probably should. You say it comes in a spray? What brand is that Gabes?

as I use a fair bit I bought the 1 litre bottle and i pack it down into smaller spray bottles. (via a small funnel i got at kitchen wares shop)

I did the maths and in the scheme of getting good elemental magnesium, this is an affordable option compared to buying tablets/capsules of MC safe Magnesium products -
